Must provide your order number and/or email used to place order to help our team streamline your replacement
Jessup Beauty representative will contact you via email about the status of your request within 1-2 business days.
If accepted, we will ship your replacement.
You will not have to pay shipping and handling fees; Jessup will cover those costs.
Please note: We reserve the right to request an item to be returned to our office for further inspection before proceeding with a replacement.
